Cleaner role: Common area cleaning, moping, vacuuming, wiping down, cleaning up messes, blowing down outside spaces and car parks, tidying, picking up litter amongst other tasks

Multi sites: get to first site or meet up then driven around in company vehicle

Full-time or Casual: Optional

Wage rate (permanent fulltime): $28.00ph to $29.00ph + SUPER + OVERTIME + HOLIDAY PAY + SICK LEAVE + PUBLIC HOLIDAY PAY

Wage rate (casual): $35.00ph to $36.00ph (inclusive of casual loading) + SUPER + OVERTIME

Qualifications and experience

- 2+ years experience in the Cleaning industry (desirable but not essential)
- Full time daytime hours (so no students please)
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
- Do you want to work towards a Qualification in Cleaning? Can do a Cert III in Cleaning Operations if you would like that is a possibility, just ask.
- Experience operating and maintaining a range of commercial cleaning equipment.
- The ability to encourage team members to work effectively together.
- Good time management and communication skills




- The ability to adhere to company WHS policies ensuring a protected and productive workplace
- A desire to provide a high quality commercial cleaning service
- Diligent and consistent in completing all WHS, quality and environmental paperwork
- Police check to be carried out prior to commencing

Tasks and responsibilities

- Work within the team on a run in areas of Glebe, Pyrmont, Ultimo, Waterloo and Zetland.
- Can arrange to be picked up at a meet up point and then be driven around by company vehicle (so no additional costs to you)
- Tasks mainly involve general common area cleaning such as moping, vacuuming, wiping down, cleaning up messes, blowing down outside spaces and car parks, tidying, picking up litter amongst other tasks
- Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site
- Take pride in producing high quality work
- Regularly liaising with the Team Leader.
- Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.
- Role is run based, working with the team to ensure targets are met.
- Involves working on a variety of commercial and residential properties (mainly high-rise).
- Completion of associated documentation on regular basis.
