The Marketing Collective (TMC) is an event promotions company that runs campaigns at shopping centres, festivals, markets, and community events across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Summer is our busiest season, and we’re looking for energetic people to join the team.

Every successful person has one thing in common: they can communicate, persuade and connect with people. Whether you end up in business, law, health, marketing or running your own company, sales and communication skills will set you apart. At TMC, you won’t just learn them from a textbook. You’ll practise them every shift, with real people and real results.

Retail, hospitality or sales experience is a bonus but not essential. If you’re positive, reliable and up for a challenge, we’ll teach you the rest.
