We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic hairdresser with fresh ideas, positive energy and a genuine love for people to help shape the future of our salon.
The opportunity
As our Senior Hairdresser & Team Leader, you'll continue doing what you love - creating beautiful hair and looking after clients - while taking a leading role in guiding and supporting our team.
You'll help:
- Lead and mentor our hairdressers and apprentice.
- Create a positive, supportive and happy team culture.
- Maintain high standards of hairdressing and customer care.
- Bring fresh ideas and work closely with the owner to grow the salon.
Is this you?
You're a qualified, confident hairdresser who takes pride in your work,
loves connecting with clients and enjoys helping others succeed.
You don't need previous management experience. We're looking for someone who's reliable, takes initiative and is excited about stepping into a leadership role.
