The Opportunity

Join our Melbourne team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative, representing nationally recognised brands, not-for-profit organisations and commercial clients through direct residential sales campaigns.

You’ll engage residents in local neighbourhoods, build connections and work towards sales targets while developing skills in customer acquisition, brand representation and handling objections—all with practical coaching and support from your trainer.

Your Development — Our Leadership Pathway Starts in Sales

- Sales Representative – Learn the foundations of face-to-face sales, communication, customer engagement and campaign representation.

- Senior Sales Agent – Strengthen your results, develop consistency and begin setting the standard for newer team members.

- Senior Trainer – Support new starters, assist with field coaching and develop your leadership and training skills.

- Team Leader – Lead and motivate a team, monitor performance and support individual development.

- Executive Sales Manager – Take responsibility for team performance, recruitment, development and daily operations.

- Campaign Manager – Oversee a major client campaign, manage performance targets and help drive business growth.

Progression is based on performance, capability and readiness—not length of service.

Applicants Must

- Be based in Melbourne or willing to relocate before joining

- Have full-time availability, Monday to Friday

- Be able to commute reliably to our Abbotsford office

- Hold Australian working rights that allow the required full-time hours

- Be seeking full-time work and able to commit around any study obligations
