What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in dental reception is highly regarded

- A warm, friendly and qualified approach to patient care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

- Confidence managing appointments, patient enquiries and daily administrative tasks





- Experience with dental practice management software is advantageous

- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

- Reliability, attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences

Your Role Will Include

- Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, comfortable first impression

- Managing patient appointments, bookings and recalls

- Answering incoming calls, responding to enquiries and assisting patients with their needs

- Processing payments, health fund claims and maintaining accurate patient records

- Coordinating appointment schedules to support the smooth running of the practice

- Communicating effectively with dentists, dental assistants and patients

- Supporting general administrative duties and contributing to a positive team environment
