We are looking for a Pizzaiolo to join our team in the heart of mordialloc!

We are a Italian woodfired pizza and pasta restaurant who pride ourselves on quality product and authentic Italian cuisine. We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team and join the pizza section. The role is Fri, sat, Sunday. But shifts will increase closer to summer. Pasta knowledge and cooking highly recommend. We use a Marana Forni pizza oven. We are looking for someone who: - Can demonstrate experience in the pizza section (with wood fire pizza oven) - Is experienced in high volume, fast-paced working environment - Is experienced in hand-stretching pizza dough - Has good knowledge and genuine interest in Italian cuisine - Has a high standards for food and cleanliness - Is available to start ASAP Please send your resume to.
