About the Program

The Altus Pathways Graduate Program is designed for graduates who want to learn, contribute, and build a career in business advisory, accounting, tax, lending, insurance, or financial planning. You’ll be joining an AFR Top 50 private client advisory firm,



working alongside professionals who genuinely enjoy mentoring and developing emerging talent.

This is a 12‑month program , and you’re permanent from day one — because we’re investing in your long‑term future, not a short‑term placement.

You’ll work from our sophisticated Sydney CBD office, gaining exposure to real client work, real responsibility, and real career pathways.

What You’ll Be Part Of

As a graduate at Altus, you’ll be welcomed into a team that values learning, curiosity, and collaboration. You’ll:

- See how a leading private client advisory firm operates behind the scenes
- Work with sophisticated systems and processes used by top-tier advisory teams
- Build an understanding of major Australian institutions such as the ATO , ASIC , and APRA
- Prepare genuine client work — tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, statements of advice, management reports, and tax advice
- Attend client meetings and observe how trusted relationships are built
- Learn from senior experts and recent graduates who were in your shoes not long ago

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be supported, coached, and encouraged to contribute from the very beginning.

Eligibility

- Completed undergraduate studies in business, accounting, finance, or financial planning
- Ready to start in February 2026
- Excited to join a collaborative, people‑focused workplace
- must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
