· EXPERIENCE as a Food & Beverage Manager / wait staff in high volume restaurants

· TERTIARY qualification in Business and/or Hospitality Management (desirable)

· A CURRENT "Responsible Service of Alcohol" (RSA) certification (mandatory)

· COMPUTER literacy (MS Office,Excel etc / Apple equivalent)

· ABILITY to coach, mentor and lead a team

· STRONG accuracy and attention to detail

· TRUE ABILITY to work under pressure both in and out of service

· EXCELLENT customer service skills matched to excellent staffing skills

EXCEPTIONAL organisational skills and an ability to follow tasks through to completion

· EXCELLENT problem-solving skills capitalising on your pro-activeness

· WELL GROOMED and skilled in appearance to a point that leads the team

· A COMMITMENT to the business offering flexibility to work anytime the business demands it.
