Join inTouch and be part of an important initiative working towards safer futures for women and children in multicultural communities. Bring your passion for collaboration, your project coordination skills and your commitment to lasting social impact to Bridges to Safety & Change program.

About the Role

inTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence has been awarded funding through the Paul Ramsay Foundation's Dads on Track National Grant Round to deliver Bridges to Safety & Change, in partnership with Relationship Matters.

This innovative 20-week program will work with multicultural fathers who have used family violence, with a focus on family violence intervention, safe fathering and culturally responsive practice. The program will be delivered in multiple languages to support accessibility and engagement.

As the lead agency, inTouch is seeking an experienced and motivated Program Coordinator to help bring this five-year initiative to life. Working closely with the Program Manager – Motivation for Change and our partners, you will coordinate program design, implementation, stakeholder engagement and ongoing delivery to support meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

This is an opportunity for a skilled coordinator who combines strong project management capabilities with a commitment to social justice, family violence prevention and the safety of migrant and refugee women and children.

What you’ll be doing

You will play a key role in coordinating the program's implementation and strengthening collaboration across the family violence and community services sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating program design, implementation and delivery in collaboration with Relationship Matters and internal teams.
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with service providers, referral agencies, community organisations and other stakeholders.
- Promoting program awareness and establishing effective referral pathways across the family violence and community services sectors.

- Supporting intake and assessment processes in collaboration with Case Managers to ensure participants meet eligibility requirements.
- Coordinating community consultations and strengthening engagement with multicultural communities.
- Overseeing program administration, data collection, reporting and funding requirements.
- Supporting monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure the program meets its objectives and responds to the needs of participants and communities.

About you

You are an organised, outcomes-focused professional who can bring people together, manage competing priorities and keep a complex program moving forward. You are confident building partnerships, coordinating stakeholders and translating program objectives into effective delivery.

You also bring a sound understanding of family violence and the experiences of migrant and refugee communities, together with a genuine commitment to approaches that prioritise the safety of women and children.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Community Services, Community Development or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in project or program coordination and management.
- Knowledge of the national family violence landscape, including the complexities of family and sexual violence affecting migrant and refugee communities.
- An understanding of relevant Victorian legislation, policies, standards and guidelines, including the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS).
- Experience coordinating complex programs across multiple locations, managing resources and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organisational and time management skills.
- Strong data collection, analysis and reporting capabilities, with the ability to monitor outcomes and support continuous improvement.

Established networks across settlement services and/or the family and sexual violence sectors in Victoria will be highly regarded.
