Job Description N About the role N We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Team Member to become an integral part of our Belmont branch. This role will suit someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and working within a close-knit team N This role will ideally work Sunday – Thursday. N What you'll be doing: N n Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to trade and retail customers N Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently N Build solid relationships with regular customers and identify sales opportunities N Maintain product displays, merchandising standards and store presentation N Assist with stock receipt, replenishment and inventory management N Support warehouse and loading activities where required N Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person N Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets N Contribute to a safe, positive and customer-focused team culture N n We're looking for someone who: N n Experience in retail, trade sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing environment N Strong communication and interpersonal skills N A positive attitude andwillingness to learn N Reliable, mature and team-oriented approach N Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace N Forklift licence highlydesirable but not essential N n What's In It For You N n Exclusive Perks: Team Member discount card for Kmart, Bunnings, Target & Officeworks,
