Job DescriptionProject Manager - PMO NBurwood East | 3-Month Contract | Potential Extension | $80-$90 per hour + Super Nn An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join a major digital transformation program within a complex and highly regulated environment. Nn Working within an established Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for managing technology-focused projects and supporting the successful delivery of a broader transformation program. NnThis role will suit aconfident project qualified who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, maintain strong governance practices and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams. NnnKey Responsibilities Nn Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, budgets and reporting N Manage project controlsincluding risks, issues, changes, actions and lessons learned N Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality and benefits N Coordinate governance activities, steering committees and reporting forums N Support project assurance activities including health checks, reviews and stage gates N Manage project dependencies, milestones and delivery sequencing N Prepare briefings, reports, governance papers and executive submissions N Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders,



vendors and project teams N Lead and coordinate project activities to support successful delivery outcomes NAbout You nnTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Nnn Proven Project Management experience delivering medium to large technology projects N Strong governance, PMO and project controls experience N Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets and reporting N Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills N Strong written communication skills, including executive-level reporting N Ability to manage competing priorities within complex project environments N Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating project resources NDesirable Experiencen N Experience working within government or other highly regulated environments N Digital transformation or enterprise technology project experience N PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, Agile or similar project management qualifications N Experience working on large-scale or public-profile projects NnnIf this soundslike your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
