Job Description N Retail Operations Coordinator – Secondment (12 to 16 weeks) N Retail Operations | Melbourne or NSW preferred, open to team members nationally | Internal applicants only N n Department: Retail Operations N Reports to: National Visual Merchandising Manager N Location: Melbourne/NSW Support Office / Hybrid (with travel as required) N n Why this opportunity, and why now We have a big pipeline of current store openings and refits underway, and our Retail Operations and Store Development teams need extra hands to deliver them well. We’re offering a 12 to 16 week secondment for a team member to work alongside Bec, our Retail Operations Coordinator, and help get our new and refitted stores set up, trained and ready to trade. N n This is a fixed-termsecondment. At the end of it you return to your current role. You don’t need to be in a management role to apply. We want someone who knows our business, our product and how our stores work, and who wants to see behind the scenes of how a store comes to life. N n What you’ll be doing N n Supporting the coordination of new store openings, relocations and refits, including hands-on set-up in store N Coordinating signage, props, fixtures and merchandising materials for each project N Preparing and distributing store-opening packs and operational resources N Helping coordinate new-store training, and delivering systems training where needed N Building clear presentations,



trackers and updates for the Retail Operations team and stakeholders N Supporting visual merchandising rollouts, signage and store communications as needed N Working with stores, Area Managers, suppliers and Support Office teams to keep projects on track, following up actions and flagging issues early N n N What you’ll bring N n Strong knowledgeof Kitchen Warehouse: our product, store layouts and how a store runs day to day N Confidence with Google Drive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including building a clear, professional presentation N Great communication skills, both verbal and written N Strong organisation andattention to detail, and the ability to juggle several deadlines at once N A proactive, roll-your-sleeves-up attitude. You follow things through to the finish.
