This opportunity will suit an experienced project delivery and assurance professional who enjoys working across senior stakeholders, major initiatives and enterprise-level reporting. NnAbout the Role NnWe are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Assurance Lead to support a Project Delivery Enablement & Assurance function within a large Data and Technology environment. NnThis role will provide portfolio-wide visibility, coordination and assurance across technology projects, investments and delivery commitments. You will work closely with executives, project leads, Senior Responsible Officers, project managers, product managers, Finance, Governance and Portfolio Management stakeholders. NnA key focus will be strengthening portfolio dashboard reporting, improving the quality and consistency of project information and artefacts, coordinating assurance activities and providing meaningful delivery insights to support executive planning and decision-making. NnKey responsibilities will include: Nnn Coordinating enterprise, executive and whole-of-government project reporting. N Collecting, consolidating and validating project and initiative information. N Analysing project progress, milestones, funding, dependencies, benefits, risks and emerging issues. N Establishing and maintaining portfolio dashboards and reporting products. N Supporting quarterly portfolio reporting, including new initiatives, project change requests and additional funding requests. N Identifying gaps, inconsistencies and quality concerns across project information. N Presenting material risks, issues and dependencies clearly to support executive decision-making. N Reviewing and quality-assuring key project documentation and artefacts. N Coordinating project health checks, post-implementation reviews and other assurance activities. N Recording assurance findings, recommendations, actions and lessons learnt. N Developing and improving project templates,



guidance and working practices. N Providing documentation, knowledge transfer and effective handover throughout the engagement. NWhat You Will Bring NnWe are looking for a highly capable project delivery and assurance professional with experience operating across complex ICT or digital project portfolios. Nnn Strong experience in project delivery assurance, portfolio management, PMO or project governance environments. N Demonstrated experienceconsolidating and analysing portfolio-level project information. N Strong capability in executive and enterprise reporting, including the development and maintenance of portfolio dashboards. N Experience analysing project milestones, funding, dependencies, benefits, risks and emerging delivery issues. N Demonstrated ability toreview and quality-assure project documentation and artefacts. N Experience supporting or coordinating project health checks and post-implementation reviews. N Ability to identify material gaps or inconsistencies in project information and translate these into clear, actionable insights. N Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work confidently with executives, senior project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. N Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present complex delivery information clearly for senior decision makers. N Experience developing or reviewing project artefacts such as: N n Change Impact Assessments N Change Management Plans N Benefits Management Plans N Project Transition Plans N Lessons Logsn N Robust documentation and knowledge-transfer capabilities.
