Job DescriptionLocation: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid) NContract: 12 months + 24-month extension options NStart: November 2026 NnnWe are seekingan experienced ERP Program Delivery Manager to lead a major whole-of-government digital transformation initiative within the public sector. NnnThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior program leader to oversee program establishment, mobilisation, governance and delivery of a large-scale ERP transformation, initially focused on Finance, with future capabilities spanning Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory, Payroll and HR. NnKey Responsibilities Nnn Lead end-to-end program planning, mobilisation and delivery. N Establish program governance, assurance, reporting and control frameworks. N Manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues and dependencies. N Drive procurement, vendor selection and implementation partner mobilisation. N Engage senior executives and key stakeholders across complex government environments. N Oversee organisational change, business readiness, transition planning and benefits realisation. N Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic advice to executive governance bodies. NEssential Requirements Nnn Demonstrated experience delivering ERP or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.



N 10+ years’ experience delivering complex ICT or business transformation programs. N Previous experience within government environments.
