They are known to be a regional hub, known for its reliability, efficiency, and strong customer service.Your new role NManage incoming phone calls and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries NRespond to email enquiries and provide timely, professional customer support NAssist customers with product selection, providing information and guidance based on their needs NSupport the sales team with day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks NAssist with merchandising, product displays and maintaining a well-presented sales floor NProcess customer enquiries accurately and ensure follow-up is completed where required NMaintain product and customer information and assist with general data entry NLiaise with internal team members to ensure customer requests are actioned efficiently NProvide general administrative and operational support during busy periodsWhat you'll need to succeed NnPrevious experience in customer service, retail,
