NnWhat you’ll do NWe are looking for a mid-level engineer to join a backend team of three engineers, reporting to our Lead Engineer. You’ll split your time between extending our current integrations and owning new integrations. You’ll be working on our Document automation which is the bread and butter of our core product. Lawyers use it every day to generate precedents and documents. NTo make this happen you will Nn Design, develop, and maintain software solutions with a strong focus on backend development using C# and .NET Nnn Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, integrations, and event-driven solutions on AWS using Lambda, SQS and S3. Nnn Apply software engineering best practices and industry standards, including agile methodologies, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).



Nnn Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions. N Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development practices, architecture, tooling, and engineering standards. NnWhat you’ll bring N3-5 years' commercial software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend development Nn Strong commercialexperience building backend services and APIs in C# and .NET Nnn Demonstrated experience with: Nnn n Design and implementation of RESTful APIs with .NET, preferably .NET 10. N nnn nDesign of relational database schemas and data models, preferably with AWS RDS or Amazon Aurora MySQL N nnn nEvent-driven solutions, preferably using Amazon SQS, S3 and other AWS Lambda services N nnn nAI-assisted development and tooling, including MCP servers, structured prompting, and the development of AI tools and skills N nnn nIntegration with workspace APIs, preferably Microsoft Graph and Google Gmail APIs N nnn nServer-side document generation and modification using libraries or platforms such as Aspose or similar. N n Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and integration patterns. NnEven better if you have Nn Integration with Microsoft Graph API, including Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, and related APIs. N Integration with GoogleAPIs, particularly Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Nnn macOS application development, including experience building, integrating, or supporting applications and services on Mac.
