N n n Description N n n n CEA is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Salesperson to join our Rockhampton team. N This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has solid parts knowledge and likes being part of a busy, hands-on environment. You’ll support both internal and external customers, ensuring the right parts are identified, sourced and supplied efficiently.About the role N Your day-to-day will include:



N n Handling parts enquiries across phone, email and counter sales N Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for customers and technicians N Preparing quotes and processing parts orders N Building strong relationships with customers N Supporting our Service and Sales teams with parts-related enquiries N Managing backorders andkeeping customers updated N Assisting with stock control, ordering and inventory management N Picking, packing, receipting and dispatching parts when required N Maintaining accurate records within parts and inventory systems N About you N We’re looking for someone who has: N n Previous parts interpretation or parts sales experience N Experience within heavyequipment, construction, automotive, agricultural or a similar industry would be highly regarded N Strong customer serviceand relationship-building skills N Good computer and administration skills N A practical approach toproblem solving N The ability to work independently and as part of a team N Current Australian driver’s licence N Forklift licence is desirable but not essential N n n n Skills And Experiences N n Why Join CEA?n N Join a stable and growing national business N Supportive team environment with strong leadership N Ongoing training and development opportunities N Employee advantages and recognition programs N Opportunity to build a long-term career within a respected industry leader N n n n n
