N n n Visits may be one-off or ongoing, with some services being as short as 1-2 hours. N Candidates must be ableto perform continence and wound care assessments. N n n n n n Required Qualifications: N n n Current AHPRAregistration. N First Aid and CPR certificates. N NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain). N n n n n n About You: N n n Current AHPRAregistration as a Registered Nurse. N Robust clinical assessment and documentation skills. N Ability to work independently in the community. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. N Experience in community, aged care, disability, or primary health care is highly regarded. N Current driver's license and own vehicle desirable. N n n n n n Qualifications & Experience: N n n Bachelor of Nursing and a minimum of 1 year experience working as a Registered Nurse. N Previous experience in a Community RN role. N Experience in nasogastric tube care, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, medication management, wound care, suctioning, and feeding machine. N Ability to provide comprehensive and coordinated nursing services in the general practice setting.



N Demonstrated ability towork as a member of a multidisciplinary team with highly developed communication skills. N Demonstrated experiencein Aged Care or Community Services.
