Wills & Estates Lawyer | 4+ PQE

T he opportunity

An established advisory firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its private client practice across Sydney CBD and East. You will advise individuals, families, business owners and high-net-worth clients, with real ownership of your files and an opportunity to take the lead on deceased estate matters.

What you’ll work on

- Advise on wills, enduring powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian and succession planning.
- Manage probate, letters of administration, estate distribution and other deceased estate matters.
- Assist with trusts, trust structures and associated succession and estate planning considerations.
- Handle some contested estate work and help guide junior lawyers as the practice grows.

About you

- At least 4 years’ PQE practising in wills and estates.




- Confidence managing estate planning and deceased estate administration independently.
- Strong client management skills and an interest in taking the lead on deceased estate matters.
