Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you'll act as the primary finance partner for the Autobarn business.
You'll work closely with operational leaders to understand performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions and provide insights that influence business decisions.
Success in this role comes from building robust stakeholder relationships, asking the right questions and translating complex financial information into practical commercial recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders across the Autobarn network
- Deliver meaningful commercial insights and recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Lead monthly performance reviews and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin and profitability
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools and process improvements
- Support month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Analyse working capital, inventory performance and business trends
- Drive accountability through performance reporting and commercial challenge
