We are currently seeking a Part Time Commis Chef to join the professional and dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis Chef you will get to work within a agile hotel F&B; operation working mainly the dinner shift, helping to create memorable culinary moments for our guests.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare and present menu items showing variety and flair, within the cost margins specified by the hotel.
- Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage. Have stock control procedures implemented and maintained.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy including washing dishes and kitchen cleaning. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the Head Chef
