We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospitality refurbishment project in Port Macquarie.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in refurbishment and fit-out works to join a project for an initial 6-month contract.

The Role

- Manage the day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors across all stages of the refurbishment.
- Oversee project programming, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain a strong focus on site safety, quality control and compliance.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site resources to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and key stakeholders to resolve site issues.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project specifications and programme requirements.





About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
- Previous experience delivering hospitality refurbishments, commercial fit-outs or refurbishment projects.
- Robust subcontractor management and coordination skills.
- Excellent knowledge of site safety, quality assurance and construction programming.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive programme outcomes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
