Are you an experienced Accounts or Finance Administrator looking for flexible part-time work? We have an immediate opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support a busy finance team during a period of growth and system improvement.
About the Role
Working closely with the Finance Officer, you will assist with a variety of transactional finance duties, including:
- Raising invoices for members and merchandise
- Processing purchase invoices
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and general accounts administration
- Working across multiple financial systems, including MYOB
- Supporting payroll administration as required
- Debt collection and recovery
About You
- Previous experience in accounts, finance administration or bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using MYOB or similar accounting systems
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing competing priorities
- A team player who can hit the ground running
What's on Offer

Hours Generally between 8:00am - 4:00pm, with flexibility available. Office-based work is preferred, particularly Monday to Wednesday.
