Known for developing people internally, this is a great opportunity to get in with a major name in the fit out market, learn from experienced Site Managers and continue progressing through the ranks.
Your new role
As Site Coordinator, you’ll be completely site based, working alongside and supporting an experienced Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of site
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring programme, quality and site progress
- Assisting with inductions, WHS and general site compliance
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team
- Helping manage site logistics and sequencing of works
- Attending site meetings and assisting with short-term programming
- Developing your knowledge across all aspects of commercial fit out delivery





This would particularly suit someone currently working as a Site Coordinator, Sub-Foreman, Leading Hand or experienced tradesperson who is ready to take the next step.What you'll need to succeed

- Experience within commercial construction, ideally fit out and refurbishment
- A trade background would be highly regarded
- Exposure to commercial office projects would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with subcontractors
- Good understanding of site safety, quality and programme
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
- Ambition to progress into Site Management
