Job Description
We currently have an exciting prospect for a Risk, Quality and Compliance Manager to join our Sydney CBD team on a full-time basis, covering a 12-month period of maternity leave. This role leads the development,
implementation, and ongoing review of risk management and quality systems and processes on a national basis. Reporting to the CEO, the role is responsible for ensuring compliance, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and overseeing all aspects of risk management, quality assurance, and compliance activities across the organisation, including incident management, complaints handling, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Governance & Risk Framework
- Oversee clinical governance across the organisation, including leading the coordination and function of the Medical Advisory Committee and Risk, Safety and Quality national meetings.
