About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop, manage and maintain effective relationships with Unions, representing ERH in consultation, negotiations, and industrial matters as required.
- Lead, manage and support all industrial relation and disciplinary processes
- Review and interpret HR data and metrics to support decision making and provide trending themes and strategical reports to the Executive Team
- Support HR projects within the People and Culture team
- Oversee all recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Support change and improvement within Human Resources and the entire organisation

Qualifications/experience required:

Degree in Human Resources or Business Management

3+ years in a leadership or project management role (HR based)
