Transform Life Pty in Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our national allied health team. You will deliver evidence-based OT assessments and ongoing therapy to NDIS participants, complete standardised assessments, therapy plans and NDIS reports in a versatile, home-based setting.
Workload is shaped by your preferred age groups, with travel typically within a 30-minute radius, telehealth as needed, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
