Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Townsville area to lead a busy hospitality floor. You’ll supervise a floor-wide team across the bar, bistro and gaming areas, ensuring safety, outstanding vibes and high service standards during peak periods.
You’ll bring hands-on leadership, prior supervisory experience, and necessary RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence. Build local relationships and be the face of the pub when leadership is away.
