In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and supporting team performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key responsibilities for this position include:* Managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery* Leading,



training, and mentoring front-of-house and back-of-house team members* Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety* Handling customer enquiries and resolving any feedback promptly and professionally* Assisting with rostering, stock control, ordering, and general administrative duties* Driving sales and ensuring brand standards are consistently met across all shiftsThe successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume retail and dining setting.
