Linfox Australia is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a 20–30 driver team across two shifts at Regency Park. You will balance operational planning with safety and compliance, coordinating road and rail movements and ensuring on-time delivery for major customers.
You will drive a strong safety culture, manage fatigue and Chain of Responsibility requirements, and leverage systems like Excel and SAP to monitor performance and optimise resources in a quick-paced logistics network.
