Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking a Development Compliance Officer to ensure building work and land use comply with legislation, consents and Council requirements. You will investigate complaints, conduct inspections, gather evidence and negotiate outcomes to support a protected, fair and compliant development.

You’ll work with residents, developers and stakeholders, applying legislation and maintaining records while balancing customer service with regulatory duties.
