Barbell Foods is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator to join its growing People team in Hume, ACT. This hands-on role covers payroll end-to-end, onboarding, HR administration, recruitment and HRIS work, with three-month payroll rollout across three Modern Awards.
You will shape payroll processes as the business grows and work alongside an experienced People team as a sounding board. Flexible schedule and onsite gym are included.
