Elders Newcastle is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will apply your product knowledge and customer service skills to build and maintain robust client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth across the Elders rural portfolio.

As a leader within the branch, you will manage a merchandise team, develop business plans, and drive KPIs while delivering outstanding service to rural customers and local communities.
