We're Hiring: 2 Senior Occupational Therapists – Adult Services
Hallmark Occupational Therapy | Hallmark Integrated Health Services
Two vacancies | Fully remote anywhere in Australia
- Employment: Subcontractor or Part-time
- Work model: Fully remote — telehealth-first
- Clinical focus: Adult Occupational Therapy - Physical, Cognitive, and Mental Health Disabilities
- Career pathway: Advanced Clinical Practice
Experienced Occupational Therapists — your next chapter starts here.
Hallmark Occupational Therapy is recruiting two experienced Senior Occupational Therapists to join our Adult Services team.
Are you an established clinician looking for a role where your expertise, clinical reasoning and professional judgement are valued?
Do you want the flexibility of working remotely, without the demands of regular community travel, office attendance or a hybrid work arrangement?
This is an opportunity to focus on what you do best: delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy, supporting meaningful participant outcomes and continuing to develop your clinical expertise.
Both positions are fully remote, with telehealth as the primary service delivery model. You can work from anywhere in Australia, subject to professional requirements.
These are senior clinical positions, not management roles.
Your clinical practice:
You will provide high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention, consultation and review for adults with diverse functional needs.
Depending on your experience and clinical interests, your work may include:
- Home & Living assessments and reports
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and comprehensive reporting.
- NDIS-related Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention.
- Assistive technology assessment and recommendations where clinically appropriate.
- Home modification and supported accommodation applications and recommendations, including SIL and SDA, where suitable for telehealth assessment.
- Functional participation, neurological conditions and rehabilitation.
- Falls prevention, healthy ageing and capacity-building.
- Consultation with participants, families, carers and support teams.
- Development of individualised strategies to support everyday activities, participation and wellbeing.
- Online intervention programs and clinical reviews.
Our services may include NDIS, Support at Home and aged care, private clients and other appropriate service settings.
You will exercise independent clinical judgement within your scope of practice, ensuring assessments and recommendations are evidence-informed, person-centred and responsive to each individual's circumstances.
Where a physical assessment, equipment trial or home visit is clinically necessary, you will be assisted to identify this and arrange an appropriate pathway rather than compromise clinical quality according to Hallmark protocols to address this need.
A senior clinical role with professional autonomy:
At Hallmark, seniority is reflected in clinical expertise, sound judgement and the quality of your work — not simply the number of people reporting to you.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage your clinical workload within agreed service expectations.
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning to complex presentations.
- Produce clear, defensible and evidence-informed reports.
- Work collaboratively with participants and their support networks.
- Contribute to high-quality clinical practice within your discipline.
- Continue developing your own areas of clinical expertise.
You will be supported by an established multidisciplinary organisation while retaining the professional autonomy expected of an experienced Occupational Therapist.

You will have access to state of the art clinical software with AI-supported documentation, appropriate work technology and clinical resources, and a personal resource allowance to support your practice.
You will also have opportunities for clinical discussion and professional development appropriate to your interests and experience.

- A commitment to evidence-informed, person-centred Occupational Therapy.
Experience in NDIS practice, Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology, neurological rehabilitation or aged care will be valuable.
You will also need a suitable private workspace, reliable internet and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards while working remotely.
Remuneration and flexibility
Salary range: $100,000–$120,000 plus superannuation full time equivalent , commensurate with clinical experience and expertise.
We welcome subcontractors and part-time applicants and are open to discussing a four-day working week, and flexible scheduling and work/life balance arrangements.
Fully remote — anywhere in Australia
These positions are designed for remote telehealth practice, with no routine office attendance, hybrid work requirement or regular community travel.
Hallmark will confirm work equipment, home-working arrangements, insurance responsibilities and any IT -Internet expectations in the employment offer.
National service delivery will be subject to applicable professional requirements, funding arrangements, clinical suitability and Hallmark's service coverage.
