EVT is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Rydges Port Macquarie to lead daily F&B; operations across restaurant, bar, room service and events. This hands-on role supervises shifts, coaches staff, and stays on the floor during service to ensure excellent guest experiences.

We value strong communication, team leadership and the ability to adapt in a dynamic hospitality setting, with a focus on safety and profitability across EVT hotels and experiences.
