Experience in business development, education agency work or another client-facing, results-driven role will help you hit the ground running. Attitude matters more than your CV.

What you will do

- Turn inbound enquiries into signed clients. Our marketing brings the leads, and your job is to convert them.
- Coordinate student, 485 and visitor visa matters and education admissions, with all migration advice provided by our registered migration agents
- Qualify skilled and employer-sponsored clients, book them in with our registered migration agents, and follow through until they sign
- Own your pipeline in our CRM and know your conversion rate every week
- Stay the client's go-to person from the first call to their visa outcome

What you will bring

- Confidence on the phone and a natural ability to build trust quickly
- A track record of hitting targets, or a robust drive to start building one
- Disciplined follow-up and organised habitsClear, professional written and spoken English
- Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi or another South Asian language (an advantage)
- Full working rights in Australia
