Location: South West Sydney (Oran Park), part of Sydney region. Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: base $70k + super + competitive commission structure. OTE $350K++.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying customer’s needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
About You
- Strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
- Sound knowledge of H&L;, KDR & duplex
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
- Ability to build great relationships
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Ability to work weekends
Working Hours and Schedule
Must be available to work Saturday & Sunday.
