You will provide strategic advice, manage employee relations, performance, recruitment, and policy development, while coordinating WHS and ensuring compliant HR practices across Australia.

This remote, Australia-wide position offers genuine ownership, CEO access, and flexible schedule (22.8 hours/week across three days).
