Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Windows365 / Microsoft 365 SME to design, implement, administer, and supportMicrosoft cloud and end-user computing environments. The successful candidatewill provide technical leadership across Windows 365 Cloud PC, MicrosoftIntune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security , while workingwithin Australian Government security and compliance requirements.

KeyResponsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365Cloud PC environments.

- Administer Microsoft Intune for devicemanagement, configuration, compliance, applications, and policies.

- Manage Microsoft Entra ID includingusers, groups, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, and identitylifecycle.

- Support and administer Microsoft 365 servicesincluding:

- Exchange Online

- SharePoint Online

- Microsoft Teams

- OneDrive

- Develop and maintain endpoint security andcompliance policies .

- Troubleshoot Windows 365, Intune, Windows 11,networking, identity, and Microsoft 365 issues.

- Implement application deployment, patching,configuration profiles, and device baselines.





- Automate administration and operational tasksusing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph where appropriate.

- Monitor service health, performance, securityposture, and capacity.

- Participate in architecture, migration,deployment, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

- Produce technical documentation, operationalprocedures, and support/runbook documentation.

- Work with security, infrastructure, network,and service-management teams to resolve complex issues.

- Ensure solutions align with AustralianGovernment security, compliance, and information-management requirements .

- NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain andmaintain NV1.

- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 365Cloud PC .

- Strong Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager experience.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID /Azure AD .

- Solid Windows 10/11 enterprise administrationknowledge.

- Experience with Conditional Access, MFA,device compliance, Autopilot, configuration profiles, and endpointsecurity .

- Strong PowerShell scripting and automationskills.

- Experience troubleshooting complex identity,endpoint, application, and connectivity issues.

- Understanding of Microsoft security andcompliance concepts.

- Solid documentation, communication, andstakeholder-management skills.

- Experience in Australian Government environments.

- Experience with Protected / classifiedenvironments .

- Microsoft certifications such as:

- MS-102 – Microsoft 365Administrator

- SC-300 – Identity andAccess Administrator

- SC-400 – InformationProtection Administrator

- Experience with Defender for Endpoint ,Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Purview.

- Experience with Windows 365 Enterprise,Frontline, Cloud PC provisioning policies, and Azure Network Connection(ANC).

- Familiarity with Essential Eight / ISM controls.
