Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking an experienced Organisational Capability Manager to lead learning, leadership development and workforce capability initiatives within our P&C; team at the Support Centre in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will drive strategies, champion continuous learning, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps across geographically dispersed sites, while fostering a caring, not-for-profit culture that supports residents and staff.
