Australian Department of Defence – Laverton North VIC is seeking an experienced Trade Officer (Sheet-metal Fabricator/Boilermaker) to support Prototype and Test Services. The role involves turning CAD concepts into physical prototypes using CNC routers, press brakes and waterjets, within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will apply welding skills across MIG/TIG/Arc processes and contribute to fast-paced prototype delivery in a Defence workplace, with PPE and safety
