National Tiles is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team on the Gold Coast. You will partner with leaders across our national operations to foster a fair, high-performing workplace and support enterprise agreement interpretation and investigations.
You will work with stores, warehouses and offices to implement changes, build resources, and ensure procedural fairness in all investigations and employee lifecycle processes.
