Yo-Chi is seeking a Casual Team Leader in Melbourne to guide the team during busy shifts, set the standard on the floor, and foster a fun, welcoming setting. You will lead from the front, motivate colleagues, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.

As a Team Leader, you’ll coach staff, open/close the venue with cash handling and admin tasks, keep everything clean, safe and running smoothly, and ensure Yo-Chi’s high service and food standards are met every day.
