Pollo Rotisserie Geelong West is hiring a prep cook to join a small kitchen team in Geelong West. The role focuses on food prep and learning our rotisserie system, with daily prep lists to follow and no A la carte duties.

The position offers consistent weekly hours, both part-time and full-time contracts, with daytime shifts and no late evenings. Student visas are welcome, and you will be supported by the head chef as you develop rapid-paced cooking skills.
