365 Care is looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist a client in Blackheath. You will use your skills to promote independence and engagement, working Monday to Friday for 4 hours each day in the client’s home workplace.
You’ll need to be patient, a good listener, and capable of prompt, compassionate care while supporting daily activities, transportation, and community-based outings. Training and support are provided to ensure quality care.
