Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client in Northgate, QLD. The role offers $35-40 per hour plus super, a 3-month temporary contract with potential for permanency, and a Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm roster.

You will handle enquiries across channels, support national accounts, and ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs, while building solid customer relationships and maintaining accurate records.
