Centacare is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports a workforce of around 4,000 employees across community services in Brisbane, operating in a hybrid format with flexible working days.

You will interpret up-to-date awards (SCHADS and CSA), manage complex reconciliations and backpays, provide technical guidance to the team, and contribute to payroll process improvement.
