Acumen Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our specialist military rehabilitation team, focusing on in-home ADL assessments for Defence personnel and Veterans. You will assess functional capacity, independence and support needs, and prepare evidence-based reports that inform recommendations.

The role offers work-from-home flexibility, with 2–3 days per week part time options and diary management.
