Quantum Behaviour is recruiting a remote Behaviour Support Practitioner to design and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants, coordinating with their support networks. You will travel within Central/Central West NSW as needed, and ensure person-centered assessments and planning are delivered to improve quality of life.

We require a relevant tertiary qualification and current NDIS registration or willingness to obtain, plus travel and CPD commitment.
