Sheraton is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen team in Australia. Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power, supervising the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for the food and beverage outlet.

Assist the Head Chef to ensure quality, consistency and effective production across all areas while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. You will plan quantities, portions and plating, supervise cooks, and ensure guest expectations are exceeded
